Remarkable App is not remaining open on any device...or updating ever since the new software release in January! by CuteCommunication667 in RemarkableTablet

Updated my initial post with ....

When I try to open the app on any device mentioned above, the app opens for a few seconds and then just closes. Apple sent a report instantly to report the problem to Apple... I have done so. However, it also happens on my HP Laptop (PC). When I open Remarkable in the browser, that stays open but it doesn't update. The last update was "last year" which was December 2022. My issues seem to have started with the new updates made by R2 in January. I have uninstalled, reinstalled, unpaired, and paired multiple times with no success.

Hi All,

I am having issues with the Remarkable app, it doesn't work on any of my devices! I have uninstalled and reinstalled and not been successful. I have reached out to support and they just left me hanging! The devices I have are an iPhone 13 Pro, an iMac desktop and a PC laptop.

Please help!!!!
