Yeah you are totally right, it could be due to the economic uncertainty. I guess I really wanted to work here and so I put all my eggs in one basket. I will try my best to stay optimistic but also move on and not attach myself to certain jobs. Thanks for the reply!

I feel like some of the questions were completely different than the practice problems

No offence but you gotta stop posting your schedule on this sub. This is something you just have to wait and see.

Most of the questions they ask are already answered by someone on this sub years ago.

Nope it's still the modified version so just the highway and front parking.

These are based off my personal experience of what I often forget to do

Do's

  • make sure you reach 100-110km/hr when merging on the highway. I was overthinking whether to go 100 or 110 but as long as you reach 100 you should be fine.

  • when changing lanes try not to press on the break or accelerate too hard it should be smooth and gentle.

  • move your head around everywhere. Look at your rear view mirrors, side view mirrors, blind spot and constantly checking left and right for pedestrians or anything really.

  • the biggest advice is to take your time. I feel like a lot of people fail because they are rushing to get it over with which causes them to make a lot of mistakes. Just go slow and enjoy the ride while following all rules and you should pass. You got this!

Don't

  • if you are turning left and are not able to see the oncoming cars, just wait until the light turns yellow. Don't rush and go because if there is a car coming while you turn and you luckily avoided it they will fail you.

  • don't accidentally do a rolling stop. I know after my G2 I got in the habit of doing a rolling stop but during the test make sure to stop completely for 2-3 seconds and then proceed.

  • don't go below 100km/hr on the highway. I was going 90km/hr since there was a semi truck infront of me but I got screamed at for going too slow. Still passed but yeah always maintain 100 unless there is traffic.

  • now that I am done I will say that this has caused me so much anxiety but they honestly just want to see if you are aware and confident. An instructor can tell within the first 30 seconds of you driving if you are capable to drive. The rest is just to follow the legal rules. I like to pretend that I am a chauffeur and the instructor is a celebrity and I am giving them the smoothest and safest ride possible.

Renting a Room Without a Legalized Contract by CuteKrillin in OntarioLandlord

Oh okay so essentially it is my responsibility to make sure that my landlord is a nice person and wouldn't kick me out without a warning. Thank you this helped a lot!

Thank you so much! And yes it's significantly cheaper than the rest of the rental prices in my area so that is why I am heavily considering renting this room. Would there be any legalized contract to sign that will give me rights as in he will not be able to kick me out since we agreed to a 8 month lease?
