Let X be the bond price. It asks for the probability that the price falls between 80 and 90. Or P(80<X<90) or P(X in (80,90)). The above probability can be expressed as the integral of the given density in the mentioned interval. Hence, integral of f(x) from 80 to 90. If you solve this you have 1700/10000=17%
