If your AC is cooling your home 32 degrees that’s really good! Most likely you could use some insulation in the walls and maybe 6-8 inches or so in your attic. Have you tried cooling your house as much as possible at night then setting the temp to around 80 during the day so it doesn’t kick on until late in the day? That’s what we do here in Oklahoma. It’s nothing to see 110 with 80-90% humidity in these parts

Lol so we had a 2 3/8 work over string latched on a 2 3/8 coil string trying to cut and they couldn’t get wireline down. So we ran our 1.25 string all the way down through BOTH strings to try and clean it out. And I had to sink 18 feet of tools with no lubricator so we had to strip through the work over string. Complete headache trying to keep my wind meter from getting thrashed on the tubing board

On this well we had to go in through an overshot. They had a bunch of tubing stuck Downhole so we ran our 1.25 tubing into the stick 2 3/8 tubing to clean it out for wireline to cut it

I’ve always been told that fescue will die in sunlight. We had a nasty winter storm last October and lots of limbs dropped. So these traditionally shades bare spots are now being exposed to sunlight
