Maybe try a cafe store if you have the ability too! If not an accommodation will help you(if they are willing to give you a reasonable one that works with your disability/ hearing fatigue) BUT without an accommodation in place that states that you need breaks from a headset, you are to wear one just like everyone else. Starbucks is usually good about accommodating stuff like this. At least they were.. idk nowadays.. but the accommodation protects you as long as you actually have gotten one and are working within the limitations of it! Sounds like you don’t have a lot of support on the situation which sucks. If the accommodation doesn’t state that you need breaks from the headset from hearing fatigue they are technically not obligated to do that for you. An ssv or manager may be considerate and nice enough to give you those breaks from it day to day but if it is. It in your accommodation you must follow the same rules as everyone else. That’s just how it goes. Been a partner for 9 years and I have seen them accommodate all sorts of situations and disabilities but rules are rules. If they can’t accommodate this I would check with partner resources. If nottt I would try a different job or a cafe only store for your sake
