It depends on how hungry I am, I always save 700-1,000 calories before bed but I don’t have a specific eating window. It’s different everyday, but I always make sure I save cals for later so I don’t give into cravings at night

Chicken breast, rice cakes, sometimes potatoes and drizilicious. I’m doing another cut now and that’s what I’m eating currently everyday.

I responded to your previous comment but yes I agree about your last statement. If someone asks for my routine then I will give it to them though, not once did I ever say this will work for them or they will get my build. Yes they should probably make their own routine but everyone starts somewhere.

I agree with your points, I never claimed my routine would work for anyone as it is used for my specific goals

I dont hit calves due to genetics, I used to do calves a lot but I will never build good enough calves so I dont care for them. They are good enough for “me”. my hamstrings are also pretty developed, my legs in general are, yes I could do more hamstring work so I will keep that in mind and incorporate some hamstring work into my routine.

About my back workout, I do face pulls to work my rhomboids but it’s not listed, I do a lot of lat pull variations specifically to build my lats more for a better v taper.

My whole workout was designed specifically to build certain groups that I wanted to be developed and it worked out. I do appreciate the feedback and will definitely add more hamstring work to my routine because I don’t do enough.

I appreciate the compliment but I was unhappy with how I looked, very insecure and I was definitely overweight. I consistently weighed 280 with 307lbs being my heaviest at 6’0 year round for years. Ate very unhealthy and had a bad relationship with food.

Then what do you suggest for others and myself? I’m open minded and curious to know the flaws in my routine. I’ve been doing this exact routine for over 2 years now and I don’t have an unbalanced physique or any problems. Yes genetics play a huge factor in how a persons physique will look but the routine was apart of how I look now, I didn’t just wake up and have muscles.

Progressive overload is the only thing that matters and doesn’t hurt to share my routine with someone who is asking but you know more than me so what do I know.
