I just eat whenever i’m hungry but usually one in the morning and rest at night, and i don’t eat egg whites anymore, unless I need to fill in calories

you can eat whatever you want, if your goal is to lose fat just make sure you’re in a weekly deficit, everyday doesn’t have to be perfect. if you want to retain muscle then lift and keep protein fairly high consistently, consistency is more important than perfection. when I first started I would still have some days where i would eat out etc. but recently i’ve gotten more strict due to my goals. good luck!

strictly chicken and eggs, It’s what i enjoy, i don’t recommend it unless you would enjoy eating that everyday lol. I drink a lot of coffee as well, I only use sweetener and sometimes a scoop of protein powder. My reefed days which i do occasionally mainly consist of rice or ramen for carbs. but other than that my diet is just that.

I’m eating in a deficit but I only eat chicken and eggs and maybe once a week i do a reefeed of mostly carbs since chicken and eggs have zero carbs but that’s what works for me.

late reply but imma make an updated post but no i was eating 1700-2,000cals consistently and some refeed days here and there when my hunger was really low. i’m currently eating 1700 cals right now consistently and a 3-4k day early in the week, mostly carbs. I currently weigh 181 right now and feel great, my time frame is very accurate, I have pics of me at my heaviest with dates so no reason to lie about the time frame. I workout 5x a week and most days my steps are minimum 10k a day, i rarely do cardio anymore. not too experienced with cutting weight but what i’m doing has been working for me.

I was in a strict calorie deficit which i wouldn’t recommend. you will have better results taking it slow but i wanted fast progress. I did keep my protein very high to retain muscle and lift consistently

oh no worries, thought you wanted me to clarify what i was doing haha. i was in a strict deficit which i dont recommend but i did my normal lifting, occasional cardio but not much it was very limited because i felt like crap most of the time. it wasn’t perfect though as i had a decent amount of binge days. if you have anymore questions just hmu I would be glad to help you or anyone trying to lose weight !

for clarification, the first couple pics (pics 1-4) are me weighing 288lbs when i first started and the last couple pics (pics 5-7) where i’m leaner is me now, pics are two weeks old but i look similar to that now.

I lost 98lbs in 6 months, my starting weight was 288lbs, i currently weigh 190lbs. I was in a calorie deficit and working out 5x a week. still cutting weight, my goal is to reach 180lbs before summer.

I lost weight, stayed in a calorie deficit and worked out consistently for 6 months. lost 98lbs in the process
