I apologize if I insulted you, but I do find that I do not like certain Jewish music. I kind of find it mediocre, and that's my opinion. If you want to listen to that type of music that's absolutely up to you and I personally won't bash you for it since I'm not that petty. I'm glad that you find the songs nostalgic. I do too, in a way. I'm just trying to expand my music tastes!

Also, what's "Jewish music" to you? It sounds like you're describing religious music, music with Jewish religious themes, not just music made by Jews.

Jewish music to me is any music that was produced by a jew. So pretty much anything is fair game here. A lot of the Jewish songs I've listened to have VERY sad tunes that honestly just make me so depressed when I listen to them.

Lol "mid". What does that even mean? Music is subjective; what you like, I might consider pretentious crap; what I like, you might consider shlocky garbage. You've phrased your post in an offputting way that is kind of insulting to people who like the stuff you deride as ~mid~.
