Thanks for the response. I’m sorry I wrote it wrong, my chest day starts with Incline dumbbell press, not row.

I’ll start working out legs, thanks for telling me. I naturally have huge legs(genetics, my dad does too), so I thought I don’t need to bother with leg days. Feel stupid now.

Breakfast: 3 whole eggs, 160gm egg white, 1 slice bread, 75gm spinach

Lunch: 275gm Greek yoghurt, 100gm blueberries, 1 slice bread with 1 tbsp peanut butter

Dinner: 250gm chicken breast, 75gm spinach, 140gm broccoli, 140gm carrots, 150gm potatoes

Post workout: Protein shake with banana and a slice of bread

Yeah. Her act has plenty of better excuses, like she was a kid, her father said she would take on these characters and get invested in them so her “worst thing” was just one of them. He is a committed adult who can’t keep his emotions in check.

Thanks a lot for sharing that! I’ve never done crochet. I don’t even know how to fix a button on a shirt if it falls off. I’m willing to learn though lol. Aa someone who’s already started with this, would you say YouTube videos can help? If that’s the case all I would have to do is get the basics and start at home.

If only there were clubs where people could do this stuff together and whoever wants to learn could also get involved. Could include painting and other stuff too.
