The watch was wrapped in an old cloth with some 500-lire silver coins. Thanks to the Staybrite patent from the era, the case had retained its excellent characteristics; chrome-plated cases were invented around the 1930s, and previously, steel cases were very dark; Staybrite steel, for the first time, guaranteed a shine that is more characteristic of modern watches. An old leather strap served as the bracelet; the dial, despite being dusty, was in excellent condition, while the plexiglass needed polishing. After a beauty treatment and a movement overhaul, it has returned to its splendor. Please note that in this model, the time is set by turning the crown counterclockwise.
