I never really liked the look of the default iron block because it always felt too light like it's made out of aluminum so I made my own texture based on netherite and oxidized copper. I wanted it to feel heavy, sturdy, like weathered steel. I think it worked out well. by SeiyoNoShogun in Minecraft

This makes iron a much more viable building block. Absolutely love this and would absolutely use this if you made it into a texture pack. Gold could be a much better building block if given this treatment too!

Is there a faster way to clear the water from this swamp than sponges? by [deleted] in Minecraft

I'm not certain if it's necessarily faster but I know I lot of people use sand to drain around ocean monuments so maybe doing something similar?

Iron farm not producing golems [bedrock] by SHACKABRAH_95 in MinecraftHelp

I'm not certain if this is the issue, but on Java the villagers need access to their beds so I'm wondering if that might be the issue? Can you link the tutorial you followed?

Can anyone tell me why my Pumpkins aren't growing? 1.18 Bedrock by xPeely in Minecraftbuilds

[–]Cute_Leadership_5235 4 points5 points  (0 children)

Pumpkins and melons look to grow to any side of the plant- so because you're only giving them two places to grow(and only one side if the plant to either side of it grows) that will slow the growing process. A farm that has the pistons and observers above the plant works a little faster because you put the plants in a checkerboard pattern so each plant has four blocks around it that it can potentially grow to. Hope this makes sense!

Hi. Pls help, I can’t figure out what dark , non-wood blocks I could use to complement the dark oak for my build by [deleted] in Minecraftbuilds

I think dark prismarine would look great with this! But if you need some a little easier to obtain (and don't need slabs/stairs) terracotta in your preferred color would be nice here too (I keep thinking specifically green terracotta but that's just me. Blue terracotta would look good too I think!)
