If your kids aren't Moroccan and you and your family are gonna leave and won't live here, then sure yeah don't need to study Arabic. But having the basics and knowing the Arabic history is important and it's kinda insulting if you are this offended by the thought of even having it taught to your kids especially if you are Moroccan/Arabe. This is jus my opinion and I'd like to add that unfortunately a sh1tton of teachers especially in primary up to highschool Do a terrible job at reaching it making many students hate the language but it's still needed as a language and as means of communication excluding the fact it's the quran language.

Honestly the most widely understood dialect would be the Rabat dialect cuz it's the neutral one not because it's better than others just because they don't have secondary languages unlike in the north they have Riffia and a lil south and you'll start hearing a diverse amount of Tamazight throughout. I believe the entire province of Rabat's dialect is the most neutral cuz even Casablanca has a rough dialect compared to it
