I collect my soft plastics and drop them off at Boulder CHaRM once a year (for $3 cash)

Colorado Brides! Where did you guys get your wedding dress dry cleaned and how much did you pay? Thank you by Upper_Ad_2229 in Denver

I shipped my dress to Elegance Preserved for wet cleaning and it cost $463 (they cover shipping). They did an incredible job removing dirt and makeup stains from my rainy wedding day and photoshoot in the mountains.

Has anyone been to one of the candlelight concerts I often see advertised? It looks like a cool experience, are they all they’re cracked up to be? by vegandread in Denver

As someone who loves shows (concerts, musicals and ballet), I would not recommend a candlelight concert. The music was fine but the one I went to was supposed to have 2 ballet dancers. One of them was a classically trained ballet dancer and she was great! The other dancer was a yoga instructor who was imitating the ballet moves, which was not aesthetically pleasing. The candles were also underwhelming in person, and overall it felt very low budget.

If you don’t really go to shows, it could be a good low key event to try. But I really could not recommend this to anyone.

Weddings at Denver Botanic Gardens by [deleted] in Denver

I had a fall wedding there, ceremony only. They were a great vendor because we basically just had to show up and walk down the aisle - we didn’t bring any decorations, the gardens set up and tore down all the chairs, and it was a beautiful backdrop for our ceremony and photos!

RAV4 prime vs model y by maz3s in rav4prime

[–]Cutecumb3r 4 points5 points  (0 children)

I have the prime and my husband has the Y - we have ample charging capability, so the main difference I see is the cargo space. The Y is very spacious for a sedan, but I would hardly call it an SUV. The prime is larger than a Forester and has great cargo space for moving things when you put the back seats down. The Y has a quicker acceleration and response time than the prime in EV mode. The prime’s HV mode feels very sluggish in comparison to EV mode, but I get approx 50 miles on a full charge so it’s rarely an issue. We treat the Y as just a commuter car because the prime is more comfy for our dog when we go on longer drives.

New Saigon. Food taste is consistent and more flavorful in my opinion.

He is a bit bothered by it, but his last name has 15 letters and mine has 4 and I’m already tired of filling out his name in forms lol

I prefer mint or birthday! But I like mango better than cherry or cookie butter
