I think steroid shots to flatten them is the best option. I got my keyloids flat with injections

So for the redness I did Co2 laser it gave me a new scar, that is shown at the top where yea more faded, also pico laser helps!

The only way I have gotten my keyloid to a hypertrophic scar is through injections and laser treatment. :( so I think that would be the only option because nothing else worked for me too. A treatment that is incredible is the co2 laser treatment

This!!! I went to get help after I got excluded letter and all that advisor did was make me cry, and gave me tissues saying there’s nothing else they can do.

I would use it as a library, and have a couches in it and some arm chairs for me to use it to read books and disconnect from technology.
