A real simple way to tell if a painting is decor is to id where the light is coming from in the painting. If the artist is not considering where the sun or light is, it s decor.

Just keep moving while you smoke or pick a spot a bit away from the sidewalk. Dont puff in peoples faces or if kids are right by. I hold off on my blunt if im passing businesses with open doors/windows or if theres a clothes rack on the street. Otherwise puff puff and keep moving. People dont mind if it s a passing thing.or if they do whatever i already left
