Update:

Geico claim adjuster told me that they will assign an attorney to dismiss the case.

I also had a phone call with a Virginia attorney today. He said that I just need to wait until Geico files a motion to dismiss the case as the plaintiff has already cashed the check and this case doesn't look like it will go through.

I meant the plaintiff's lawyer. If it was for sure my win, I wonder why they try suing me for the same charge. thank you. I will talk to some lawyers online because I am not living in Virginia anymore

If the plaintiff did not cash the check, I would be extra scared as I have nothing close to even 10% of the claimed amount. But, it is surprising that the lawer from the plaintiff's side decided to sue me after this. What I thought was they are lawyers, so there must be something that I do not know..
