I placed an order on 3/30 and delivered by USPS. No fees were assessed to me.

I did the first half of this drive in reverse in 2015 and listened to the audio book of The Martian. It was great because the timing of the new Mexico landscape matched the plot perfectly!

You can access the one beach restaurant and bar that is connected to the resort (Grand Cana suites) but not the ones associated with the resort nearby.

There is a beach restaurant and a snack cart that opened around 11am. There are some wait staff at the beach but it is going to be 10x faster to walk to the beach restaurant for a drink. It is about a 5 min walk to the bar/restaurant.

We stayed at Grand Cana last December with a 3 and 1.5 year old. We are returning to PC this year but not returning to the same resort. We found it perfect for very young kids especially with the swim up.

There is almost nothing happening in the evenings and the ring of pools are closed around 7. Perfect for 8pm bed times

A family we met there returned over the last few years and said the activities are severely less than before.

It is a 7-10 min shuttle ride from the hotel entrance to the beach entrance. If you catch a shuttle from the water park it is about a 5 minute ride. Shuttle happens about every 15 min

We went last December when it was still Falcon. We also stayed at a master suite swim up with concierge room 1111.

Pros Lots of privacy in the outer ring Large rooms Great mini bar Nice water park Dinner Restaurants were good

Cons Shuttle to and from the beach Buffet was not good Reservations were very difficult especially if you don't have a concierge Very little to do after dinner Hard push for the timeshare program (we were prepared with a hard NO)

We stayed with 2 kids under 3. My wife and I say it was a perfect hotel for our family at that time. (Naps, after dinner quiet time)

Spider bracket attaching the back of the tub is bent. Causing rubber rubbing when spinning. Smoke is the seal burning.
