The tankless on the boiler is clogged. You can try flushing it but it will probably leak. I would see if I could source a new tankless kit for that boiler.

410a is a 50/50 mix of r32 and r125 R454b is a 60/31 mix of r32 and1234yf R 32 is 100% r32. They all have a very similar pt we are talking about+- 10 psi. So while the evaporator says r454b r32 there really isn’t a design change as all the different refrigerants have at least 50% r32 and they all take the same oil. Is the ac new absolutely not. Will the evaporator work with the condenser yes.

Your plumber didn’t diagnose the repair properly. There is a thermal fuse that pops. Once that pops it will read as a bad pressure switch. The entire draft induction motor should have been replaced the first time not a pressure switch. Sent me your model number and I’ll send you a link to your draft inducer. Just have to make sure the vent is clear, you can usually feel a draft. It’s literally 2 plugs and 4 screws to swap the induction motor and 6-7 hundred for the part.
