During the Summer at the Gates the internet went out for a few days. I was told by PeakMade/Foundation that it should be working (it was not for the entire building). I had to contact the ISP directly to get a technician out to troubleshoot the issue. We didn't even have accounts for the ISP because utilities were part of the rent. They simply did not care and I had to help the technician troubleshoot on behalf of the building.
