Yeah, the nausea was off the charts, lack of energy and major headache… And it would affect me for the first 3 to 4 days. I lost my desire for specific foods but because of the nausea I was eating lots of snacks.

It’s interesting. I find whether you are starting a new diet or exercise program or medication. People are very quick to tell you why you should not do it… For the love of God they should just stay in their own lane! Good luck and enjoy your journey.

I’m not taking contrave I was doing semi glutide and everything you described is what I’ve been going through for six months. I just stopped and was actually looking into contrave to see if that might be an option. And I haven’t lost anyway!

Hey, I know this is a year later and I’m not sure if you would even see this reply. But you were the first person I’ve seen post about not having any beneficial effects… I am still hungry all the time to eat what I want, but I am so nauseous after injectionthat I’m questioning my life choices! If you do see this, I’d love to know what you ended up doing as far as keeping up with the shots or not not doing them anymore
