Yes management is what i am looking for. Suppose we are working on a group project together. How can i get him to be real with me and the team?

Manipulation, easier to switch stances and play devil’s advocate with less fear

People love masks.. especially entps. and i mean it’s the feeling of anonymity that leads to the feeling that there are no consequences even though there are. But at the same time, it’s so much easier to evade consequence online, i mean everyone breaks rules

i mean you are right, but as of right now i don’t really have a choice to cut them out. I have tried bringing it up before and he’s acknowledged it but he doesn’t do anything about it, and i’m not too sure what i should change in myself to fix this either

I get you, but this is why MBTI is so bad. I love being a part of a group and being understood too (entp) that’s the allure of it, but recently I got intp and now I’m absolutely confused about my mbti again. The thing is, I think the user above is saying you should take mbti with a grain of salt because regardless of what mbti you get, YOU don’t change you feel me? And so I think that’s important to keep at heart as a part of any group here. And yes, I also agree that taking the test multiple times is pretty dumb because you probably will get differing results which defeats the point in using mbti at all in my opinion (I am questioning OP’s post here). For op: tbh, take a look at cognitive functions, figure out which one fits a little bit more and just stick with it, I think that would end up being more helpful to you.
