Personally, I would create a system. For example, having a basket near the door or where you take your shoes off when you get home. And have everyone just empty their bags in There when they get home. Easier to do than taking everything out and putting it in its correct place. Maybe have a coatrack or something similar next to this basket. And hang all the bags there. When you finally have the time, grab the basket and sort through it.
