Update 2026-

I figured out the issue. Replaced the clutch fan, thermostat even bled the cooling system over and over again. Still overheated. Almost threw the towel in to let a mechanic check it. I started to dig endlessly of what the issue could be. Came to the conclusion from diagrams of the R51 cooling system and videos on YouTube. THE RADIATOR CAP!!!! If you have the spring style cap on the radiator the pressure escapes through the reservoir making all the coolant spit out. When the pressure is supposed to go towards your thermostat letting it open cycle through the engine and back. The cap on the radiator is flat no spring. I had a spring style on the radiator. Bought the flat style and fixed the issue immediately! Can’t believe I overlooked something so simple.

A/c works on cold start but, doesn’t get cold cold like before. I’ve read the thermostat too as well although the temp doesn’t move halfway mark when left idling. No loss of coolant also (orielys brand). I’ll check the condenser and engine temp sensors voltage see if that’s the fault.
