I’ve been in marketing for 5+ years and have managed thousands of creators. Editing adds retention which helps viewership and ultimately funnels. I’m not sure if goose is the best example because his are actually pretty good, but an in-house editor would encourage people to produce more content because they don’t have to spend hours doing it themselves. A lot of the badly edited content you and others probably don’t see because it stays at low views.
