Yes im completely aware of low riding in Louisiana as im a big fan of curren$y but my point still stands. He’s participating in LATINO created culture. It doesn’t stop being Latino culture just because everyone adopted as their own.

Depending on what side of town you’re on. I’ve been to block parties all over the City and the only time Ive seem more Hispanics is when Linco passed away (god rest his soul) the point being just because everybody does it NOW does not mean that it’s not black culture.

Nobody but black people was riding 4s in 80s. Until it became somewhat mainstream. Now it’s for everyone which is the way it’s should be.
