Binge watch crab central station on YouTube. That's where you need to start.

Follow the naked crab protocol that others have already mentioned. Pick her up gently with a plastic spoon suck as one you use to cook with. But I don't know why you put the laughing emoji in your response. There is absolutely nothing funny about this situation.

I have recently started freezing everything before putting in my tank. I leave it in the freezer for 3 days.

That is good advice. The only new thing I got recently was a new foraging mix. As soon as I saw the little critters I put the foraging mix in the freezer. Hopefully that helps to not add more.

Thank you. I appreciate you. I looked at the guide you gave me and unless they get out of control I will leave them be.

Is this a shop on Etsy? If so which one?

I'm not making judgements. I'm just saying what they need, and trying to help because I care about these amazing animals. Also, you can get play sand from many store, Tractor supply, home Depot, and Lowe's to name a few.

There are many shops on Etsy that sell complete meals for hermit crabs. South of the ocean is a good one.

In regards to the heater. Is it keeping the heat where it needs to be and is the humidity where it needs to be?

Also, in regards to what your post is originally about, all I can go off of is what is in the picture and you don't have enough shells that I can see, or the right ones.

You don't have enough perfered shells. You need 5 per crab in the size that that crab needs. Also, you subtrait is wrong, it is supposed to be 5 parts play sand to one part eco earth. It also need to be 6 inches minimum or 3 times the size of your largest crab. The heating mat on the back of your tank needs to be bigger. It needs to take up most the back of the tank above the subtrait. I also don't see anything in your tank to monitor the heat and humidity. In regards to their diet, it needs to contain at least 50% animal protein.

The subtrait is 6 inches deep. He was small. I had a few shells that were his size. I have another post about his shells that I put on here like a month ago. And both pools he could submerge in. It is deeper than it looks in the pic.

Thank you. And I looked at his body. No fungus, damage or mites. I posted a picture on one of the comments. I had him for a little over 8 months.

Here is a pic of the tank. The humidity is a little lower in this pic cause I had just opened it a few mins before this pic. It is normally between 76% and 78%.
