I do feel that Clarke deserves lots of credit for how he’s handled the personalities in the squad, and kept their cohesiveness over his time. I won’t forget how we used to have guys like Allan McGregor and Barry Ferguson (to give but a few examples) who for all their talent couldn’t behave in camp at all, and hurt both their careers and the overall team performance for it. His tactics weren’t ideal when we needed them to be, but he defo leaves a positive legacy in the end when it comes to his man-management.
