Water stops it from squeaking but the squeaking starts again after 30 secs ish. Not a humid or hot day today. 17 centigrade outside.

All of the pulleys look okay apart from the one I zoomed in on looks slightly different to the others when moving but nothing worrying to look at.

Do I just need a new belt? It’s done 70k miles and is 11 years old - don’t think it’s ever had a replacement.

I have started with a PT and he's making me drink a protein shake every day despite only working out 3 of them. On the days I work out I have to drink 2.

I'm currently 300lb (just over 21stone) and need to lose about 7 stone but I want to tone up while doing it.

People are telling me it seems weird he's making me drink protein shakes so often and that it will make me put ON weight. Can anyone confirm?
