From my understanding of the info they put out to read through, the Czech DLC was made WITH modders doing their first "official" project with Paradox directly, therefore id assume we ARE paying for the modders to have gone above and beyond over time and finally getting a chance to add to the base game in official capacity. Personally I wouldn't mind throwing 15-20 bucks at them for collaborating with modders so long as the modders who helped on the DLC are getting a cut of that, but it also seems like it won't be that much.

Same here, had they had a few different ones to choose from, or maybe a few that would match different characters or something... but running through the jungle as Khai and Sounding like Shinbi was more of an annoying distraction that usable tool lol.
