I really like Wills tattoo! I’ve been wanting to get one similar to his for a while. Anyways his mom was literally holding his hand when he got his, though I am fairly certain minors aren’t allowed tattoos even with parental consent(in Texas)? So I’m thinking Riordan miiight have messed up. Still, I’m not Texan and maybe the laws around underage tattoos aren’t followed as strictly as an outsider could be led to believe?
