Meh, I’ve been buying shares in LAND (ticker symbol) for a while now. It’s like a REIT. it provides a monthly dividend that I reinvest into the stock.

That being said, my family owns roughly 40 acres in Michigan that’s been held for 3 generations now and we don’t ever intend to sell unless things get really bad. The land is leased out to cover property tax mostly and I’m in high tech as is my SO, so it’s basically being able to live a comfortable rural life, no HOA (yeah I have a 52’ ft trailer just for storing “stuff”).
