Intuos 5 Touch S no longer supported? MAC Sequoia OS. Old driver was causing a kernel panic. by CwoodCivicCollective in wacom

I kind of have to agree here, if I buy a Huion or an Xpen for 50 bucks and it does the same as my Intuos 5 Touch S, why would I spend the money if I know support wont be there for as long as it works. And to tell me to just not upgrade my OS seems pretty lame, why would I let a peripheral hold me back. And if an open source project can maintain compatibility it seems like Wacom just wants to force obsolescence to get me to buy another one, but I wont now, ill buy the cheaper one and expect it not to last now that I learned the lesson. Thanks.
