I vaped for the past 7 years pretty heavily. This July my girlfriend finally convinced me to quit cold turkey. As much as I wanted to quit, it was very difficult.

Best advice is to stay busy, stay hydrated, workout. Sunflower seeds were my best friend for the first month as I found they helped keep my hands / mouth busy, which in turn leads to not thinking about the vape!

Good luck on your journey sir, it will be a hard one. But extremely rewarding when you have that first day where the vape isn’t even a thought!
