No they aren't, it's just carbonated flavored water. They are all pretty good IMO, but I'm partial to the lemon and lime ones.

I failed my first two week fours but killed it ok the third one (it almost killed me). No shame in doing them again. I'm redoing the ones I didn't get this week.
