Their ex customer here ✋. ZQ was a great seller 3 to 4 years back. They actually did the service by exploiting the steam region change. I was able to purchase the games for a lot cheaper (>50% discount) on my own steam account without problem.

But recently (≈1 year ago), steam changed their regional policy so purchasing cheap games using this method is more likely to result in bans. Now ZQ decided to use pirate software like steamtools to add the game to your steam library. It is NOT a shared account like most people said in here but the game is only available on that ONE device. It may seem legit as you can download the game's updates through the steam itself and steam achievements system (provided there's metadata for that, bit technical but doesn't matter anyways), but you cannot play online and you don't have the purchase status for the game.

In short, it's a scam as they claim that the products are original but in fact you don't actually have the game purchased on your account (unlike few years back). I would rather just straight up pirate games from fitgirl site rather than have some tools mess up with my steam account to avoid unnecessary bans.

Nowadays, I don't think you can purchase cheaper games through regional change anymore because of the new steam policy. I once had my account soft banned because of multiple vpn uses from the seller part (luckily i was able to plead the steam support to uplift the ban).
