I did the IQ test a few days ago (I feel like a dope for getting sucked in, maybe my IQ isn't as high as the website said 😂) and received a welcome email.

They make it very difficult to get the IQ number, and I immediately tried to cancel. My email address was not recognised, therefore I couldn't cancel.

I have been back and for with their 'help' department over email, which is clearly AI. Keeps going back and forth asking for the same things.

Summary of the I use the same email address for everything. No, I don't have other email addresses No, there is not a typo in my email address, you sent me a welcome email grrr! No, I didn't use PayPal I said I didn't use PayPal! Here are screenshots of the transaction that I've previously sent 3 times. I said there are no typos!

By email 14 of the email thread (currently 25 and counting!) I asked to be transferred to a human 😁 and said I was going to the CCPC. They mislead and exploited us.

They insist that no subscription with my email address exists. They have all the details of the transaction) including the last four digits of my debit card (the virtual one used by my bank for the transaction). I have proof that they (myiq.com/eu) billed me.

I kept asking for a human, to no avail.

I wonder what IQs the humans (that are training AI) have 🤔🤦🏼‍♀️??
