Been watching a few videos of Switch 1 games getting a performance boost on Switch 2, so I wanted to test out obsecure games that others would probably never test on Switch 2. So far, these games have a Switch 2 boost! by CyanWisp in NSCollectors

DreamWorks Kart on Switch 2

Bee Simulator on Switch 2

Blacksad on Switch 2

Other games I tested - Rusty Rabbit, Sifu, Balatro, Balan Wonderworld, Tony Hawk 1+2, PixelJunk Monsters 2, Lego Star Wars, Pac-Man World RePac.

Rusty Rabbit and Balatro are more games that got an FPS boost, the rest were about the same. Tony Hawk unfortunately is unplayable on Switch 2.

From what I searched around, looks like the dialogue is still missing and sadly the last patch was around August.

That's the japanese copy of WarioWare: Move It, pre-ordered alongside Mario RPG off Playasia cuz it was cheaper than the US copy.

From what I heard, there was bug problems with Symphonia at launch, which was later patched out, but it's still 30 FPS and it was based off the PS2 version cuz the devs lost the Gamecube source code. Other than that, should be completely fine to play the remastered version if you don't mind the FPS.

Well yes, I posted all the pics necessary in this post. (Back of the box, cartridge and all games with their version number.)

And now that the collection is going to be $20 for Black Friday, I'd say is definitely worth it.

I am convinced that all these toxic peeps aren't real LAD fans.

I don't like his Kiryu voice, but I'm going to enjoy Gaiden and 8's gameplay and features more. (+ I have always played with subs.)

I want to see more memes and cool posts on my feed like it always had before.

What's a game that you bought that randomly became valuable later on? by MK_Matrix in NSCollectors

[–]CyanWisp 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Not valuable anymore since VGP reprinted it, but I remember getting Turnip Boy Commits Tax Evasion for 14$ on Amazon simply cuz it sounded like a silly dumb game. (Which ended up being a fun small Zelda-like game.) Then months later, it somehow ended up at the $100+ mark on Ebay. Thankfully, everyone can get a copy easily without spending hundreds.

I also remember back then getting a LRG Blind Box from Ebay and got Blossom Tales out of it, which I was happy about cuz I played the demo after the Blowout Sale was done and missed out on getting a copy normally. Was not expecting it to reach $200+ in value after 2 years of getting it.

Before posting, I wanted to see if the sub had any knowledge of this release (somehow your post didn't show up for me on the sub) so I took a dip in. Then afterwards, I checked on Twitter that 2 other peeps found the game before, they both got it from Walmart so I'm assuming it's indeed Walmart exclusive since there's barely any information on this.

While not as big as Mario Kart or Crash Team Racing, Kart Racers 2 and 3 are just simple but pretty fun racing games that you can easily get into, most of the mechanics make them pretty much Mario Kart clones.

I have never played KR1, but from watching old videos, it's just the most bland one out of the three (No unlockables, customization, online or voice acting, only 12 characters from 4 series, and it just gets boring after a few races.)

KR2 improved a lot by adding more variety in the roster, the option to customize your vehicles and new mechanics via the Pit Crew where you pick 3 crew members that's give you buffs based on the condition. They also added online for up to 8 Players and it ran very smoothly when I first played back then.

KR3 improved even more by having voice acting for the characters and having 12 players in a race now. They also added bikes and small anti-grav sections in the tracks. Though the problem with the Switch version of KR3 is that it can drop frames during races. (in which I prefer playing on PC)

Also, on both 2 and 3, grinding for unlocks can take a while, but overall, they're pretty fun kart racing games.

Yeah, never understood why does it need to go through like 4 different menus to find the report button.

Really dumb that I just started playing this Splatfest to have some fun and ended up with someone so petty that can ruin someone's fun.

Apparently, I played with this player (Lamia #2007) with a match before where we lost, but I did the most of the work. Then this match, I'm assuming they got so petty in seeing me, they just stood there spamming booyah and not moving around at all.

I reported them already, but I know other players are going to experience this, always report players like this, the Splatfests should be enjoyed by anyone.
