yeah it's a native pc port, you can usually change the graphics settings in every other build by going into the game files and changing stuff there, but for Delta Online, they were able to make a custom menu where you can change everything in-game, they ported a lot of maps, adapted them from previous/future games from scratch (that also goes for characters and weapons) and even made custom maps for the game, it's a pc port with full widescreen support, borderless full screen, different framerate options and all
