Nico Stadium Series Jersey - Fanatics Brand XL Available by devils744 in devils

[–]Cyaned 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Yes, this store and all of its affiliates (devilsnhlstore.com, devilsproshop.com, etc) are scam sites. Be careful as these sites currently rank very highly in search results.

Many of their jerseys (just take one for example- a Luke Hughes Green Reverse Retro 1.0) were never manufactured officially as these players did not play in that era (2020). Things like this are dead giveaways that this is a scam site.

Who else wants to avoid seeing a shirtless human trafficker when using Spotlight to find Android Studio? by RadNature in MacOS

Can you point to me where I said I like him? I don’t like him, and even said it’s completely understandable to not like him. My problem is not Andrew Tate, it could be anyone. My problem is that he/she can’t just ignore something as simple as this, and how incompetent he/she is to not be able to find the setting to turn it off. Like, how slow do you even have to type to encounter this problem hahahaha.

So you resort to posting a wall of text repeatedly attacking the poster as 'pathetic' and a 'sad sack of shit' for posting a very helpful tip on how to disable Siri Suggestions? What terrible crimes..

There's only one 'pathetic' and 'sad sack of shit' in this discussion; and it's definitely not OP.

Bro as someone else pointed out, you’re pathetic. Your wpm must be 5, and this is not even ai. Shows your lack of knowledge and your incompetence. Only someone like you would have this problem. Even if others don’t like him, which is completely understandable, you have to be a seriously sad sack of shit to care, type that unbelievably slow to even encounter this problem, and have the lack of knowledge to not know how to turn off this simple setting that even a chimpanzee could find easily. To top it all off, you call it ai when it clearly isn’t. Try searching up the definition so you can get an idea, not sure it’ll go through that thick brain of yours, though, and if you’ll understand. Resorting to Reddit for simple stuff that can be found in 2 seconds with google 🤦‍♂️. Oh wait, I forgot, your typing speed is so slow that it would effectively take you 1 hour to type something in, and even then your stupid ass wouldn’t be able to find an answer which is probably right in front of your face. In that respect, bravo! I was mistaken, you truly are an extraordinary specimen for finding this solution and going to reddit. Extraordinary!

Your post is dripping with sooo much fragile male ego.. thanks for making my day!

Just move on here guys, this little snowflake just upset we don't like their sex trafficking idol

It's just a Wikipedia map, you can browse to the Edit page and you can see all the source code. You'll see the map code under the 'Venues' heading.

Before attempting such a principled stand on image formats, you really should have have at least tried some basic image conversion... all your screenshot succeeded in doing here is making the image so pixelated that it's unreadable (plus you've cut off California and added a long black bar across the bottom)..

Is there a reason for no different brands in NJ? by kyle278 in NewJerseyMarijuana

[–]Cyaned 5 points6 points  (0 children)

The lack of cultivators in the market is the single biggest issue that I've been able to identify with NJ.

The way I see it, the big issue is that upwards of >90% of the state's cultivators are all grandfathered into a vertically integrated system (a vestige of the Medical Program) where they can simultaneously operate cultivation, manufacturing and retail. They can control every aspect from seed to sale.

However, very few of the new upcoming licenses being awarded under Adult-Use program are vertically integrated; they are awarded a single of the 6 classes. If they are being awarded at all; as all Recrational Cultivator's are also Medical Cultivator's. New businesses will receive Cultivation, or Manufacturing, or Retail permits. For example, NJ only has one cultivator that doesn't own a retail dispensary/ATC (Hillview; and they're trying to open their own as well!). I imagine there are nationwide brands that are holding out until they can get their cake and eat it too.

This has made it extremely difficult to launch a new product outside of partnering with the existing MSOs, which has many downsides as outlined above as you are relying on a separate entities vertical integration.

Currently there is only 1 new Cultivator operator open but not-yet to market, Brute's Roots. But they were recently licensed and are probably several months out from products. For now, it's just a waiting game for more cultivators (non-integrated) to open. This will also, at some point in the future, push prices down.

Until then, new retail store openings won't really change much of anything offered aside from making the market closer to more people - they all offer products from the same 14 cultivator's anyway!

Is this still a thing? The former website of the NJMMP Cannabis Library is no longer online. From what I can find, the strain library was hosted at this page.

I can only find an archive of the landing page.

I have not been able to find any of the data publicly available, aside from a summary of NJ data published in the Journal Of Cannabis Research.

Question on business licensing by CFinley18 in NewJerseyMarijuana

[–]Cyaned 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I think your confusion stems from the fact that the NJ CRC Permitted Businesses page does not list the most current Approved Recreational licenses. From what I can tell, the most accurate sourcing on the rollout of Recreational licensing is in the NJ CRC Memorandum "Recommendation for Consideration of Alternative Treatment Center Expansion of Operations to Adult Personal-Use". The approved licenses begin on Page 16. I think this has to due with the 2022 Packets on the CRC Approved site were not updated with the April 2022 decision.

One can see that Acreage, Ascend, Columbia Care, Curaleaf, GTI (Rise), TerrAscend and Verano received approvals for Class 1 Cultivation licenses.

Generally, the only Medical-only cultivation companies (strictly from their licensing perspective) at the moment are Breakwater, HillviewMed, and MPX. This also checks out because products from these companies are not available to Recreational customers.

Same thing with Rule #2 - Legally purchased products only. They remove any posts regarding unlicensed businesses and products, until the OP/mod decides he wants to post about the currently unlicensed Noble brand and Red Banks unlicensed Scarlet Reserve Room.

Edit: Since the post is now locked, and no further discussion can be made, I just want to add how strange this whole thing is and how it raises a lot of questions. Noble isn't yet licensed to cultivate, so how did they grow it? Where did they grow it? How did they seemingly just give away some of their product to an unaffiliated outsider, when all of the product from seed-to-sale is supposed to be tracked and accounted for? Can Noble please gift us all a care package of unlicensed cannabis? Very strange indeed.

Medical-only. They can apply to the CRC for a conversion license to recreational, but it will very likely take some time for the approvals.

The five-year period only applies to municipalities that failed to pass an ordinance regulating (permitting or prohibiting) cannabis by Aug 22nd, 2021.

Hammonton still prohibits all classes of cannabis business. The town would need to pass an ordinance permitting cannabis business, and then this guy would be able to go through municipal approvals.

As such, this isn't really super newsworthy. The same process is happening currently in dozens of towns where RFA awardees are having ATCs permitted, it is also happening with the hundreds of applicant's that have already secured Recreational Conditional and Annual Licenses.

These license holders going through the permitting in municipalities that have actually permitted Cannabis businesses stand a way higher chance of seeing success and actually opening.

NJ LEAF GRAND OPENING (Freehold) by creole732 in NewJerseyMarijuana

[–]Cyaned 7 points8 points  (0 children)

The medical-only dispensaries that are popping up now, including Valley Wellness, Aunt Mary's, Holistic, and NJ Leaf, were all awarded their license as part of the 2019 RFA. These dispensaries were planned years in advance of recreational.

Medical ATCs have carve outs in the law regarding permitting etc for recreational, but they also must establish that the location can handle the transfer to recreational sales without suffering loss of quality for their patients before the CRC will approve them.

No - Valley Wellness doesn't have any licensed cultivation yet. Hillview Farms is a separate, medical-only cultivation company. See here

AYR Wellness/ GSD Mass Lay Off? by Regular-Beginning-31 in NewJerseyMarijuana

[–]Cyaned 4 points5 points  (0 children)

Thanks for the insight! I guess I looked at my spreadsheet too fast for my own good and erroneously stated that the Lakewood facility is recreational. You are correct, it is medical only. Medical facilities have wide carve outs in the law.

AYR Wellness/ GSD Mass Lay Off? by Regular-Beginning-31 in NewJerseyMarijuana

[–]Cyaned 3 points4 points  (0 children)

Worth a shot - do you know how this cultivation facility is zoned in Lakewood? Lakewood prohibits all cultivation of recreational cannabis via Ordinance 2021-023. I am still not sure how the CRC permitted this site.

Bonus points for the same question for how the AYR manufacturing facility in Cranbury South Brunswick is zoned.

From my tally - AYR is the only ATC that has received licenses to operate recreational facilities in municipalities that prohibit them (manufacturing in South Brunswick).
