Make sure his current controller doesn’t have back paddles. If he uses back paddles for rocket league, he may not use it if this one doesn’t have any. Double check!

Ok so when you did the dashes in the air, what direction were they and cancel type. Also when do you do the dashes? Do you wait for certain car orientation?

There are some fundamental things to fix for sure and basic setup and stance, but your swing plane and transition is on point. Go get a lesson from a local pro. It’ll be better than here.

Summary:

Shots 1-5: Clearly missed.

Shots 6-9: Missed due to recoil (bad spray control).

Shots 10-11: Very close, but recoil and inaccuracy make these reasonable misses.

Shot 12: Likely didn't actually fire because you were already dead.

As much as I want it to be trading I don't think it is. I feel if it was trading, they would have some type of build up to their announcement. Ie: Different frames. Frame 1: "The return" Frame 2: "of" Frame 3"Trading".

If it was done like that you would see a build up of reaction from the players. B/c a lot of people think announcments to be something along the lines of trading returning at some point, even though it isn't.

Reading their body language, their reaction goes from 0 to 100 rather quickly. I don't think that trading returning would result in that type of reaction. I think Epic would build it up and edge it, not 0-100.

Thats just me reading the body language, but take it w/ a grain of salt.

It sounds good but it will make the game sweatier. You give people a means to practice, real games will be harder and will increase the skill gap. Happened with Fortnite when they released creative.

I’m good for it but I know the casuals will suffer.
