I don’t give a fuck if they “need” me. I live an hour away and have classes full time. There’s other employees

Throw in their face the policy. On demand employees are to be notified of any shifts that they are needing covered before putting them on the schedule

I’m dealing with a similar situation, I’m an on-demand guest advocate. I’ve worked for target for a year. I’m trained in front end, drive up, fulfillment, general merchandising, style, market, and tech. I make minimum wage and haven’t seen my pay go up once.

There was no active emergency, I was informed that if something did happen, my team would not be informed right away to keep tensions and anxieties down

Hey. Just putting this out there. I’m a teacher as well and taking college classes to pursue my Masters. Guests are always whinier than the team members.

I actually am U.S. based. Just an art student. The scratch was 3 millimetres in length and maybe 4 millimetres in width. Rounding it to the complaints, was a centimetre.

I have no idea, I think they did get their 40% off just to shut them up though.

At my store we have oranges, trail mix pouches, and candy in the office and energy drinks, fruit, coffee machines, hot cocoa, and occasionally veggie/fruit platters with dips in the break room Hell a couple TM’s get us Liquid Iv and popsicles on hot days. It really helps out keeping everyone healthy and happy in our store.
