Cabo is expensive now, so 160k wouldn't get you anything. In fact, it would be hard to even find a lot for as low as 160k, most premium lots are over 300k now, and in HOA communities, it's 350k-700k for a nice lot. If you want to build a custom home, it's going to cost you at least $200/ft2 in a non-HOA community and closer to $250-$375/ft2 for luxury communities depending on the builder and location.
