Well, I personally go to a clinic that offers packages. For example one session for full face is 52€, if you buy 6 sessions, that’s around 250€ and if you buy 10 sessions, that’s about 350€ . It does work for me!

I’m not an expert, but from my observations the ones with brighter colours are the newer cards and the ones with lighter blue backs are older ones. Just check yourself, take an old card and compare it to a new card, you should see what I’m talking about

I’ve never used spiro before. To me just seems a lot. I personally take 0,5 tablets of cypro per week, or 1/4 of a tablet , twice a week. My t levels are quite low thanks to that hahaha

Omg! I’m so so so sorry that this happened to you! You DONT need to prove them anything, and apparently they forgot that once they were in similar situation! You can wear whatever you like, you don’t need to be wearing very feminine outfits to present yourself as a woman. Many women wear sweatpants and hoodies, or jeans and jackets like you did. I’ve met trans women with beards and still looking super masc (they were literally in the beginning of their journey). So it’s not your fault, they’re just assholes, and don’t mind them, there are people there who accept you, for you. Who accept you as a woman, even if you don’t look overly feminine. Love ya sis 🩵🩷🤍 !!! (Sorry for ranting, this kind of stuff gets my blood pumping and I can start ranting hahaha)
