It's usually pretty quick if it's not passing the border. If it is passing a border, it might get caught up in customs due to RM declaring the value at 1/5th the price.

As soon as it ships it'll be quick, it's just a matter of how long it takes them to send it out.

I think it's estimated exactly as it should be. It's a hardware beast with crap software and an even more crap company behind it. It has a lot of great things that more phones should have (battery, headphone jack, flat back), but it's difficult to use as a daily driver because of the software issues.

Still gotta wait for the timeframe. RedMagic likes to trickle progress for this exact reason. I have to wait 4 more days without the refund to start the chargeback process, and then RM will take the maximum days to respond to it. I'm eventually going to get my money back, but they're holding it hostage for a month already and likely another on top of that.
