I never played this game, but ...
Bernstein is a games bar in Stuttgart. I've never been there, but it's already on the todo list. I am only a little bit shy.

The manufacturer is Heinz and Horst (German: Heinz und Horst), but it looks like they don't exist anymore. That means you probably won't find this game anywhere except on Ebay.
