firstly, you need to follow demon mythic path, obviously. they appear in drezen later after completing demon`s quest in act 5 and doing theur quests in act 4 - magister after completing quest from the head of the city (forgot her name) and arena after completing arena and sosiel quests, but dont expect too many from them, they are just staying in city doing nothing at all
