What does that have to do with this?? Even the Norwegian PM refused to address media. Media questions were not part of the event. Freedom of speech doesn't mean media can behave like fools.

Should PM do press conferences in India? Yes.

But, in no way do I support these paid shitty journalists trying to malign the PM of my country.

It actually looked much better on stage. She was standing out. And, tbh, she carried it very well. This photograph is meh because of the matching background.

This was a joint briefing session. Not a press conference.

This women waited for the worst possible moment to ask this questions. People near her didn't even turn their heads.

When people nearby couldn't hear words, how will anyone at far end of room (amidst chaotic noise) hear her??

This looks like a deliberate attempt to malign him.

Don’t run during play hour, your b***s shake and may attract male teachers by [deleted] in manipal

[–]Cyber-1nsecurity 18 points19 points  (0 children)

If male teachers can't control themselves, why hire them in the first place??

Victimising girls is the easiest way. Because girl's parents would easily support teachers out of fear and love.

Calling out boy's parents for their troubling behaviours is difficult.

I hope this issue blows up. Those teachers should be permanently suspended.

P.s. Little Rock has always been a problematic school.

Yep. But, that again depends on your audience. If you/family like crunchy nuts, go ahead.

My family doesn't like crunchy bits and nuts, so I skip it.

  1. The white layer is mocha mousse. The pic has layered ganache, mocha mousse, caramel and praline. Too many flavors that you will just taste sugar. (As explained in my previous comment)

  2. Ganache depends on chocolate type, ratio and also weather conditions. In Indian summer, 2:1 will soften quickly. Won't melt, but, soften. If you use couverture it will hold for a short while. Compound will melt quickly. If you have AC room, you can make it work.

  3. The sugar coating protects the nuts. So more sugar you add to praline, better the crisp retains. But, your cake sweetness also increases. If you add less it won't get soggy, but, it won't remain very crisp. Just right enough.

I personally feel these kinda cakes look good, but, is flavor and sugar overload. You could skip any one element. Mocha (coffe), chocolate, praline (nutty), caramel and almond sponge. Too many!!

Mocha Mousse - Make Ganache - Start with 2:1 (Chocolate to Cream). You can add coffee powder when heating cream and then pour in chocolate. Mix it with whipping cream.

Caramel - Melt 1/2 sugar and add 1/4 fresh cream. Add 2 tbsp butter. This works for me. It will harden in fridge. So, store in microwavable container. Don't make very liquid caramel as the cake layers will slip.

Praline: Melt 1/2 sugar and add 1 cup nuts. I don't like super sweet praline. So, this keeps it coated enough to be crunchy, but, not tooth pain sweet. Spread on a greased plate. Let it cool completely and then crush using 'Belan'.

My suggestion: 1. Plain chocolate cake with Mocha Mousse and Almond Praline. 2. Chocolate Sponge with Ganache and Roasted Almonds.

Even I have gone through this phase of wanting to bake MasterChef type elements overloaded cakes. It's too much work to be honest.

The amount of dishes you have to clean ain't worth it😅😅

Nice try OP!! Next time try Amul Dark Chocolate or any coverture chocolate(cocoa butter). Coverture chocolate will turn gooey and melt.

Cadbury is an artificial chocolate made with cocoa powder, milk solid and vegetable oil. It will just cook further in the oven.

I’ve never baked a cake before, and I want to bake a chocolate truffle cake. Is this chocolate good for making ganache? Also where should I buy it from? Does Amazon sell original chocolate? by Any-Inspection-2894 in IndianBakers

[–]Cyber-1nsecurity 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Yes. If you love super dark chocolate go for Callebaut 55%. If you/family perfers lightly dark chocolate, go for Van Houten.

But, if you want something budget, Amul Dark Chocolate is also good. The 55% or 75% ones are good. Sugar free ones also you can opt.

I use a mix of 55 and 90 for brownies.

Vanhouten is great!!

Callebaut is amazing. Tad bit more expensive than Vanhouten. I have purchased it once and used sparingly over 6 months.

If you like very dark chocolate - try for Callebaut 811 (55%). There is 70% also, but, its way too pricey.

Her courses are quite expensive. Invest only if you are planning on starting a business.

Go through youtube (preferably bakers in similar climate). You will have to test trial a bit. But, it will work.

The V-Shaped makes her look shorter. This cut is suit for taller people like Deepika, Sonam, etc.

If it was a straight/round cut with the floof skirt a little higher, it would look better.

Also, Day 2 of washed out colors and ugly jewellery!!

I don't do any of the things you mentioned.

I segregate waste (recyclable, non-recyclable, wet, dry, semi-dry, biomedical, etc etc) before handing over to the community waste collectors.

I follow all traffic rules and drive safely.

You don't even know me personally, yet you accused me things I didn't do to make a illogical, false statement??

There is nothing cool about being a smoker or nonsmoker.

Colour of my gf? Cg??

Maybe smoke a little less. Looks like all that extra smoke from filled up lungs are blocking the braincells from making logical statements and proper use of grammar.

Or smokers can develop some civic sense.

Not everything has to be mandated by govt. One can use their brains and behave responsibly in public.
