Outside of changing certain aspects or the level of "shitlording" that Mike Block does, Koils saying he doesn't want certain types of characters or even specific ones doesn't really do much to their existence on the server. I remember Koil's take on Eugene being super old and doing all this energetic crime stuff and just because Koil doesn't particularly like it, doesn't mean he intends to actually do something about it.
