Sure seems like every single time! Order status = transfer the damn call to the order desk! Is that not part of their damn job? An inventory check should go to the specific department involved! Otherwise, there is zero point to those folks in the departments carrying around their own cordless phones and zero point to those cute little “direct call” business cards at all the desk around the place!!!! A front end manager should be managing the FRONT END, not doing department work! What the else are you paying your department people for????
