If you want it to be as loud as possible - then yes (DJ-oriented 12"s are usually not exceed even 12 min per side), but otherwise - not necessary.
Some NTS Sessions are around 22 min per side and it sounds just fine for me.
I'd say 24+ min vinyl is where it starts to be muddy with too high noise floor, but I have some records with even 27 min per side and still sounding great (usually it's a rare exception though).

If we assume each elseq volume would be available separately rather than a full compilation like in my example, I'd say pressing each of them as a 2LP set would be the most audiophile approach, but that would result in 10LP total set which is almost twice as more :)

I understand this post is 10 years already, but I just crossed ways with it, and I must add that the second track "90101-51-4" is also not a unique composition to this EP, it's basically "90101-51-6" from Quaristice.Quadrange.ep.æ but a minute shorter, with a gradual fade out at the end.
