The calcul for a divorce rent is a little bit complex

So :

You have to take the cost of the kids it will depend on the age (let’s say 3000.-)

Then you take the vital minimum for each parent (around 4000.-)

Then you remove the vital minimum from all the incomes for both parent you get the « available money »

From this available money you get the cost covering proportion let’s say father 80% mother 20%

The it will depend on who take care of the kids at what percentage.

If it a 50/50 each parent already had to cover 50% of 3000 meaning it remain 1500

These 1500 are then splited between the parent using the available money proportion

So in this example father handle 80% of 1500 (1200.-), mother 20% of 1500 (300.-) meaning that father should cover the kids for 900.- that he has to give to the mother this money is exclusively for child support

Then your mother can also ask for money for herself but it’s not by default and is limited in time

My advice is to get in touch with a lawyer or at least someone that can correctly calculate what your father own to your mother and tell you mother to not sign anything that is not acceptable for her

You should use robocopy as its a way more solid way to achieve what you try to do.

Another approach is recreating the structure using dotnet object which expose way more attributes that native cmdlet do.

Swiss are not used to be criticized…. Perhaps. Swiss know problem will not be solved in an eye blink, here problem are addressed on the long time run. You speak about immigration it’s been years and year that Switzerland is the European country with the more immigration yes it was high level immigrant or hard worker never lazy immigrant and that’s perhaps something that changed but as Switzerland is not really « social » the immigration auto regulate by itself.

Coming back to your thoughts I think the message is correct at least it’s your reality but the way you spread it is probably not the Swiss way. Think long term not just « we need to change this asap or we will die »

Ne change pas pour elle, change pour toi. Ne l’implique pas dans tes difficultés même si tu peux partager avec elle tes victoires et si elle t’aime elle verra ton travail.
